Nice location and access to all mandatory grocery stores, very close to freeway. Friendly owners and take good care of work requests in personal and visits every weekend to make sure everything is fine. I highly recommend this place if anyone looking for a place near this location.

This was the first place where I lived when I moved to SD. Excelled location . Quiet,plenty of sun light , big backyard and very easily accessible from I-15 . Owner is very responsive, friendly and proactive. highly recommend this house and specially this room.
